Whether you’re looking to transfer your old family photos or convert your VHS or DVD home movies to digital, USB, or disc formats, HCAMs Home Movie and Photo Transfer Fundraiser is ready to help! All proceeds of the fundraiser will benefit HCAM’s Education program, including a student trip to the Student Television Network Convention.
Not sure where to begin? First, find and collect your original media for transfer—like your older printed photos, DVDs, VHS, VHS-C, S-VHS, and MiniDV video tapes.
Next, place your order online with HCAM. Once confirmed, drop off your organized media at HCAM’s office at Holbrook Public School, door 9. When the order is ready, return to HCAM to pick it up, and you’re ready to go!

Photo Downloadable File: $20 *Base price includes up to 30 images
To USB: $30 *Base price includes up to 30 images
$5 per additional 10 images
Video Formats accepted: VHS, VHS-C, S-VHS, and MiniDV
Photo Formats: photo prints up to 8"x12"
Max per DVD: 2 hours. If the original media is longer than 2 hours, an additional $5 per DVD is required for single-tape transfer.
Max per USB: 5 hours. If the original media is longer than 5 hours, you must perform another complete transfer.
The quality of the transfer will depend on the quality of the original. HCAM will do its best to care for your original media, but is not liable for any damage to the media caused by deterioration and aging during transfer.
From the time you drop it off at HCAM, your order will take an estimated 2-4 weeks, but up to 6 weeks, depending on the volume of orders at that time. You will get an email notification once we complete your order.
